These terms govern the use of the atentiko website and app. You accept them when you create an account.
2. The service
atentiko offers an online language course organised by city, with interactive lessons and exercises.
Services marked “Coming soon” (online teachers, local experts and experiences) are not available and are not part of any subscription.
3. Your account
- Provide accurate information and keep your password secret.
- Your account is personal; do not share it.
- If you are under age, you need permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Subscription and prices
Plans (City and Country), their durations and prices are published on the subscription page.
During the beta, choosing a plan opens registration but does not charge you or activate a subscription automatically: the atentiko team handles activation.
Before any payment is enabled, we will tell you the final price, applicable taxes, payment method and renewal terms, and ask for your explicit acceptance.
5. Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from purchase to withdraw without giving a reason.
As this is digital content, if you expressly ask to access the course before those 14 days end and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal, it stops applying once access begins.
6. Permitted use and intellectual property
Course content (texts, audio, images and exercises) belongs to atentiko or its authors and may only be used for your personal learning.
Copying, distributing, reselling or scraping it is not allowed.
7. Availability
The service is in beta and may change, pause for maintenance or receive improvements. We aim to give notice of significant changes.
8. Liability
atentiko provides the service with due care. No specific learning outcome is guaranteed: it depends on each learner’s effort.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Closing your account
You can ask us to close and delete your account at any time by writing to hola@atentiko.com.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by [Governing law]. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence.
11. Changes
If we change these terms, we will publish the dated new version and tell you about important changes.
